Candidates should apply with separate applications for each course. The candidates should enclose Photocopies of following certificates:
- S.S.L.C. Mark Sheet
- 12th Mark Sheet
- Transfer Certificate
- Community Certificate
- Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
- Aadhar Card Xerox
- 4 Passport Size Photograph
